InnovaVentures: Coca-Cola Andina Challenge, a successful process with concrete results

Coca-Cola Andean, a world leader in the beverage sector, has been developing a series of improvements in its processes with internal impact within its organization, as well as towards its end consumers.

In its orientation to optimize the recruitment and selection processes of personnel, both for internal areas and for the applicants themselves, Coca-Cola Andina has developed together with Innova360 a challenge aimed at finding solutions agile, intuitive technological solutions that allow automating the search, evaluation and selection of the recruitment process and its activities

Through the model InnovaVentures of Innova360, in just 3 months, active support was provided to correctly define the challenge and search for innovative solutions, allowing us to delve deeper into 27 quality solutions from Chile, the USA, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia, with special focus on:

  • Capture and integration of the data generated in each process, optimizing its subsequent management.
  • Evaluation of candidates in an automated and transparent manner in each sub-stage of the recruitment process
  • Background checks and centralized consolidation of information

Between more than 27 nominated solutions from 5 countries in the region, 8 Pre-selected Startups with 1 to 1 presentations, 5 startups present at demoday finally resulted in the selection of 1 finalist for the development of a pilot. It is BEECH with its solution for people management that seeks to accompany the HR areas throughout the recruitment process, digitizing and generating value at the different stages of the process.

In this process it was achieved:

  • 27 startups applying
  • 6 international solutions
  • 5 countries present: USA, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia
  • 8 pre-selected startups
  • 5 startups on demoday
  • 1 finalist startup starting pilot
