The InnovaDrinks "The future of customer experience" are back

With a great call, we started the first InnovaDrinks of the year 2023, spaces to promote good practices in management of corporate innovation and generate a networking of quality, where the high level of the speakers that address the most important topics of the moment stands out.

On this occasion we address "The future of customer experience" where we had a great conversation panel moderated by our CEO & Founder, Laura Chicurel, and which had the special participation of Lilian Loaiza, DHL Customer Program Manager, Jaime Fernández, Sky Airlines Sales Manager, Danica Music, Sub Innovation Manager of Sodimac and Maricella Alvarez, Deputy Manager of Experience and Customer Relations of Seguros Sura. Who in an interesting conversation, shared their vision, projection and challenges that companies present, managing the experience of their customers effectively.

In this line, Danica Music by Sodimac, explained to us: “It was a super relevant instance, where both worlds (corporate and Startups) connect, where they can share in a relaxed atmosphere and you can generate links with corporations but also with entrepreneurs who now have proposals to go in search of challenges of the organizations".

We highlight the great presentation made by the startups members of the InnovaStartup program, Chattigo and Nearway, who through their CEO & Co-Founder, Ernesto Doudchitzky and Clemente Canales (respectively), told us how they are implementing their technologies in pursuit of the development of customer experience in large corporations.

In a special way, Francisco Pecorella, Director at Deloitte Digital, presented us with the interesting study "Customer Experience Management in Chile".
